Overview
Pricing Tables by OpsHarbour helps installed users create, publish and measure responsive pricing tables. This policy explains the information needed to operate that service.
Information We Process
We may process account, company, user and location identifiers; installation and subscription status; table content and design settings; publication revisions; widget usage; optional analytics events; operational logs; and an optional support contact supplied during installation or from within the app. A Direct trial also requires an email address and organisation name.
How We Use Information
We use information to verify an installation, provide and administer a requested trial or subscription, save and publish tables, load the selected widget, provide optional analytics, prevent misuse, diagnose failures, maintain backups and respond to support requests. Support contact details are not used for unrelated marketing.
Trial eligibility and service-abuse checks are carried out for our legitimate interests in protecting the service and allocating one free trial fairly. Information needed to provide a requested trial or paid service is also processed to take steps at your request and perform our contract with you.
Direct Trial Eligibility
These checks apply only to card-free Direct trials. They do not change or combine CRM installation records. A further trial is normally restricted for 12 months after a previous trial by the same person or company.
We lower-case and normalise the trial email address so aliases such as name+trial@example.com are treated as the same address. For a work address, eligibility is normally shared across the normalised company domain. This helps prevent repeated trials from different mailboxes at the same organisation.
For common public email services, we do not treat every customer of that provider as one company. Instead, we create a protected keyed fingerprint from the normalised email address. The fingerprint cannot be used by the application to recover the original mailbox.
If a previous trial is found, the trial page shows the previous trial date and when another trial may be available. A genuine separate organisation or exceptional case can ask Support for a review.
Privacy-conscious Analytics
Table analytics are off unless an installed user enables them. When enabled, the service records limited events needed to report table loads and interactions. It is not designed to build advertising profiles or collect the contents of visitor form submissions.
The five public information pages do not use advertising or behavioural analytics cookies.
Access and Tokens
The editor requires signed context from the platform account where the app is installed. Short-lived sessions are used to protect app data. OAuth credentials used for supported account features are stored in encrypted form and are not exposed through the public pages.
Service Providers
We do not sell personal information. We may use providers for hosting, databases, encrypted backups, service monitoring, payment processing and onboarding or support email. Stripe processes payment and billing information when you subscribe. Providers receive only the information needed to provide those services.
Retention
If a Direct trial expires without converting, the trial workspace, table data and associated account details are archived or deleted 30 days after the trial and any stated grace period have ended. Converted accounts are retained while the subscription or account is active and afterwards only as required for service, accounting, dispute or legal purposes.
To enforce trial eligibility, we retain a minimal trial ledger for 24 months. For work addresses this keeps the normalised company domain, trial dates, trial count, outcome and eligibility date, but not the person's mailbox or organisation name. For public email services it keeps the protected email fingerprint and the same limited trial metadata. Ledger entries are deleted after their retention date unless a longer period is required for a documented security or legal reason.
Detailed analytics are periodically pruned and longer-term reporting may use aggregated totals. Operational logs and backups expire through their normal retention cycles.
Security
We use encrypted transport, restricted administrative access, signed application sessions, encrypted credentials, monitored services and encrypted backups. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
Installed users can disable analytics, change or remove table content, suspend or delete tables, remove an optional support contact, cancel a Direct subscription, or uninstall the app. You may also ask us to access, correct, object to processing or delete personal information where applicable. We may retain the minimal trial ledger until its stated expiry where this is necessary to prevent repeated trial misuse, subject to your legal rights.
