What to Include
Useful context helps us investigate without asking you to expose private credentials.
- Your workspace or location name.
- The table name and the page where it is used.
- What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
- The time of the issue and your timezone.
- A screenshot with customer or confidential information removed.
Never send passwords, access tokens, private keys, payment details or confidential customer data.
Quick Checks
- Refresh the page and reopen Pricing Tables from the installed account.
- Confirm the table is active and that your latest changes were pushed.
- Check the selected table in the website widget.
- Preview the page on both desktop and mobile.
- If analytics are unavailable, leave the table published and try the analytics view again later.
Security Issues
If you believe someone has accessed your account or a table is showing content you did not publish, contact us promptly. Remove sensitive details from screenshots and describe the affected table and approximate time.
App Access
The Pricing Tables editor cannot be opened as a normal public website. Open it from the account where the app is installed so the platform can provide signed account context. The Product, Help, Support, Privacy and Terms pages remain public.
